Delete your account

Leave FireFront for good.

This deletes your FireFront account across Command, Maps and Echo. It waits 14 days; signing in to any FireFront app before then cancels it. Your certificates, qualifications, task books, fire history and employment history go with the account, so download a copy first from Settings → Account in the app.

Want a break instead? Pause my account in the app keeps everything and can be undone any time.

If that address has an account, a 6-digit code is on its way. Owners of a company with staff must hand the company over or close it in the app first.

What your employers keep: timesheets, shift tickets, rate history and the certificates they relied on, for the legally required period, attached to an anonymous "Former employee" record — never your name, email, phone or address.

What goes: your profile, contact details, certificates and files, qualifications, task books, fire and employment history, Echo posts and messages, your documents. Maps sessions you created pass to the oldest co-editor.
